Lady Panthers recieving awards from left to right were: Madison Moss (Most Improved), Carly Youngblood (Hustle Award), Bailee Hays (Best Offense), Madelyn Meyer (Panther Pride Award), Danielle Pfanner (Most Improved), Riley Quinn (Best Defensive and Most Dedicated), and Lauren Youngblood (MVP & Most Steals).

The Monroe City Lady Panthers were honored at a banquet held November 24 in the high school cafeteria. The team, along with their family and friends gathered together to celebrate the Lady Panthers Softball season and winning the District Championship.

The evening included a carry-in dinner and the presentation of awards. This year’s softball awards were presented to: Madison Moss for Most Improved; Carly Youngblood for the Hustle Award; Bailee Hays for Best Offense; Madelyn Meyer received the Panther Pride Award; Danielle Pfanner was presented with the Most Improved; Riley Quinn was awarded the Best Defensive and Most Dedicated; and Lauren Youngblood was named the Most Valuable Player and awarded Most Steals.
