Norma F. Powell, 76 of rural Marion County, Missouri near Philadelphia, Missouri passed away Monday, May 30, 2022 at her home. 

She was born February 24, 1946 in Kirksville, Missouri the daughter of Rubin James and Delta (Pipes) Carmack. 

Norma attended Warren Baptist Church in Warren, Missouri.  She enjoyed being outdoors mowing her yard and planting flowers.  She also liked to sew and quilt in her spare time. 

Norma married Donald Wayne Powell June 07, 1991, he survives of the home.

Survivors include two sons Richard McClintick of Hannibal, MO. and Donald Serfass of Brookfield, MO.  Two daughters Lisa Campbell of Monroe City, MO. and Gretchen Powell of Ladonia, MO.  One Brother Richard Norman Carmack (Rita) of the State of Florida.  Two sisters Linda Pekelder of Laclede, MO. and Deborah Stufflebean (Rob) of Brookfield, MO.  Six grandchildren Leslie Wihite, Austin McClintick, Andi Chowning, BreAnna Campbell, Linsey McFarland, Kayla Baker.  Great Grandchildren Jenna Rae Majors, Madelyn Majors, Elgin Honesa, Stephen Tyler McFarland,Adalyn Wihite, Wrenley Baker, Kori Baker, Mercedes Pickens, Finlee Chowning, Xander McClintick, Aiden McClintick and Aryanna Brown.  She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, grandson Cody McClintick, four brothers Donald, Leslie, Melvin and Ellis Carmack, three sisters Icel Fields, Patty Rhodes and Mae Fitzgerald.

Graveside funeral services will be held 2:30 pm Thursday June 2, 2022 at the Andrew Chapel Cemetery in Rural Marion County, Missouri near Warren, Missouri.   There will be a private family visitation held before the graveside services.  Pallbearers will be Billy Powell, Bobby Davis, Josh Davis, Jackson Powell, Nick Powell, David Powell and Rick Mazairka.  Memorials have been suggested to the Warren Baptist Church, Warren, Missouri.
