Mary Martha Mudd 88 of Monroe City, Missouri passed away Monday, June 10, 2019 at the Hannibal Regional Hospital, Hannibal. 

She was born November 15, 1930 in Marion County, the daughter of John and Ida Belle Pendleton White. 

Mary was a member of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church of Monroe City. 

She was a 1949 graduate of Monroe City High School.  Mary worked as a Secretary for White Electric Supply Company of Monroe City for 35 years before her retirement. 

She married John G. Mudd October 25, 1949 at the Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Monroe City, Missouri he preceded her in death December 27, 1992.

Survivors include one daughter Sherry Copenhaver (Jerry) of Hunnewell and one son Keith Mudd (Carol) of Monroe City.  Five grandchildren Michael Copenhaver, Kelly Wood (Shawn), Whitney Pfaff (Marcus), Matthew Mudd and friend Julie and Tyler Mudd (Megan).  Six great grandchildren Mikayla Wood, Joselyn Wood, Olliver Wood, Kristen Pfaff, Amelia Pfaff and Maren Mudd. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. 

Con-celebrated Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10 a.m. Friday, June 14, 2019 at the Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Monroe City, Fr. Greg Oligschlaeger and Fr. Mike Quinn will con-celebrate. 

Visitation will be from 5 until 7 p.m. Thursday evening with the Parish reciting the Rosary at 4:45 p.m. and the Parish Scripture Service beginning at 6:45 p.m. at the Garner Funeral Home, Monroe City, Missouri. 

Active Pallbearers will be Michael Copenhaver, Matthew Mudd, Tyler Mudd, Marcus Pfaff, Alan Parn, Paul Mudd, Jr, Tony Mudd and Trey Mudd.   

Honorary Pallbearers will be Bill Couch, Keith Hays, Arnold Burditt, Mary DeLashmutt, Jane Mudd and Susan Gyuer. 

Memorials have been suggested to the Monroe City Manor Auxillary.   

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Garner Funeral Home & Chapel, Monroe City.
