Geneva G. Marler, 86, of Hunnewell, passed away at 9:08 a.m., Friday, June 12.
Funeral Services will be 2 p.m., Tuesday, June 16, at the James O'Donnell Life Celebration Home in Monroe City. Rev. Steve Goughnour will officiate.
Burial will be at IOOF Cemetery in Hunnewell.
Friends and Family are invited to Geneva's Life Celebration at a visitation that will be from 1 to 2 p.m., Tuesday at James O'Donnell Life Celebration in Monroe City.
Geneva was born February 3, 1934, in Butler County, to Huie Lee and Archie Wilson Yeley.
She was married to Ivery Marler on January 1951. He preceded her in death March 1, 2015.
Other survivors include her son, James (Merry) Marler of Lawson, Daughter, Terry Cunningham (Rex) of Hunnewell, Son, Charles (Karen) Smith of Knox City, 20 grandchildren, several great grandchildren, several great-great grandchildren, 1 brother Leo Yeley (Grace), and 1 sister Phyllis Johnson, and numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Geneva was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a daughter, Marilyn Kennison, 2 sons Huie Marler and Bennie Marler, ten brothers and sisters, 2 granddaughters Geneva and Gloria, 1 great granddaughter Neishya.
Geneva enjoyed playing bingo and the occasional slots. She liked to go fishing and camping at Wooden Lakes in Washington County most of all Geneva treasured the time spent with family.
Geneva was Pentecostal by faith.
Pallbearers will be Trent Kiser, Aaron Hayden, Dennis Hayden, Jacob Wilcox, Caleb Marler, and Randy Jordan.
Honorary pallbearers will be Tony Loeffler and Tyler Fierro.
