At approximately 1:40 p.m., the Monroe City Police Department (MCPD) received a call from Hannibal A.C.E.S. Unit (street crime unit) that they had located a black Cadillac Escalade, which had allegedly been involved in a robbery which occurred on June 10. The MCPD was called to the scene of the above described vehicle driving southbound on County Line Road. Hannibal ACES continued to follow the vehicle while waiting for MCPD to make the stop. The black Cadillac Escalade was registered to Mandy Brooks, of Hannibal.
The vehicle came to a stop in front of 1012 Park Street. At this time, three subjects fled the vehicle causing a foot pursuit. Three subjects were taken into custody, the first, Chad Brooks, of Hannibal, a white male, was apprehended in a field just north of East Cleveland Street, the second subject, Brittany Chamberlain, of Hannibal, a white female, was apprehended near Arcadia Metalcraft and the third subject, Kellen Allison, of Hannibal, a black male, who was apprehended near the railroad tracks, south of Benton Drive.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol and Ralls County Sheriff’s assisted the MCPD in apprehending the suspects.
All three subjects were transferred to Marion County on active prior warrants. Charges are pending for all three subjects from Ralls, Marion and Monroe Counties. The vehicle was inventoried at the scene and Turpin’s Automotive provided tow service.
