Life Through a Different Lens
Taking in life through a different lens isn't always an easy thing, but sometimes it is a protection from what's on the other side of the lens. Life is hard.

Life is like a box of chocolates. For sure each bite, looks like it is going to be amazing, then you bite into an orange filled chocolate.

Life is such a puzzle. We try to get pieces to fit sometimes that just don't go there. They look like they do, but in the end you find the right spot for it and boom the puzzle is complete. How many times have you taken a piece knowing it isn't in the right spot and you keep it there. You keep it there pushing it in and its tabs are crimped and frayed.
Life through a different Lens
When God talks to you through your friends and your friends try to help you through things is such a blessing. When your true friends don't give up on you even when you want to give up on yourself. Ever felt this way? I know during Christmas there are so many times we feel discouraged or lonely or a loss for hope, turn to Jesus and keep your eyes and ears open to the things He wants you to hear. And if there are things you don't want to hear and you know it isn't helpful, block it out.
