A wildfire swept through Ralls County, Missouri, along Route A near Monroe City on October 29 and 30, 2024. The fire began in the early evening of October 29, quickly spreading across fields and vegetation due to dry conditions and strong winds. By the time it was initially contained that evening, the fire had scorched more than 250 acres.
