Valerie Vale Lowe, 50, of Monroe City, Missouri, passed away on Saturday, February 1, 2025, at the Hannibal Regional Hospital.
 Valerie was born on February 11, 1974. She worked for the Shred Shed for L.O.I. in Monroe City, Missouri. Valerie had a creative spirit and enjoyed drawing in her free time. She was passionate about music and had a love for WWE Wrestling. She will be fondly remembered for her kind nature and her joyful presence.
 Valerie is survived by all her friends at Enoch’s Home, who held a special place in her heart.
 Visitation will be held at Garner Funeral Home on Monday, February 10, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. Funeral services will begin at 4:00 p.m. A graveside service will follow at St. Jude Cemetery in Monroe City, Missouri
