The fifth annual Taste of Fall was held Saturday, September 9 in St. Jude’s Park. The event is hosted by the Monroe City Chamber of Commerce as a fun gathering right here in town. This year’s event saw a larger turnout over previous years.
Three years ago the Monroe City Chamber of Commerce began a Grape Stomping contest as part of the festivities. This year the popular event saw five teams participating.
The event was held beside St. Jude’s church under a canopy of lights.
Taste of Fall features food and drink vendors from the area.
