On Sunday, July 29 an open house and dedication will be hosted by Bret and Sheila Gosney to introduce the new Judevine House. The open house will be held from 2-4 p.m. with a prayer of dedication scheduled to begin at 3 p.m. with Pastor Chad McMath of the First Baptist Church.
The Judevine House is located at 1111 Williams Dr. and will be an Independent Supported Living home. It will be a fully staffed house limited to three individuals. Judevine specializes in autism. Sheila explained, “When our son was little, we received services from Judevine and we felt he benefited from their services.” Sheila continued by sharing the idea for the Judevine House came about from their son, Taylor. She stated Taylor’s autism is complex, and we were needing to transition him from our home to adult life. Sheila commented, “I am very choosy when considering who I would select for his residential services. I connected with Judevine of Hannibal and felt peace they would do a good job since autism is their specialty.”
