Hunt is on the hunt at Quarels site; Public workshop set for July 14

Karen Hunt, archaeologist, will host an open house workshop for the public on Saturday, July 14 from 9 a.m-4p.m. on Mark Twain’s “The Farm”, which is known as the Quarles farm, owned by Samuel Clemen’s uncle and where Twain wrote about memories Interested individuals could come and learn how to recover objects left behind from years ago. Hunt uses a technique called electro-magnetic photo-field or what is known as archaeology without a shovel.
