The Old Holy Rosary School was filled with members of the community as it held an auction on Saturday, September 30. The items were auctioned by John Browning. Principal Sister Sue Walker stated, “The sale was very successful with a fine crowd that seemed to enjoy walking through the old building,” adding, “The school was able to sell extra items that will provide use for others.” Throughout the day people could walk to the back parking lot to purchase and enjoy a BBQ pork burger or hot dog.
The auction started promptly at 10:30 a.m. on the top floor of the school.
