Main street was filled with local community members on January 21, as they walked in the areas seventeenth annual Pro-life March protesting the ruling of the Supreme Court action in 1973 in Roe vs. Wade which legalized abortion in the United States.
Approximately 80 community members from all denominations marched to be a voice for the voiceless. They carried candles lit to represent the light of Christ and the youth carried crosses to represent pregnancies ended in abortion. Each cross carried represented one million babies lost to abortion.
